On January 26th, our group visited the Kelly Elementary after school program, where we made comets, taught about stars, stellar evolution, and the distances between planets within our solar system. We also had star gazing using our telescopes. The students, parents, and volunteers all had a great time - We even managed to make it into the local newspaper! You can see the article here:
