I use high contrast imaging from both ground and space to study young stars, circumstellar disks, and extrasolar planets.
I completed my Ph.D. at Berkeley in fall 2006, and after a brief postdoc there, arrived at UCLA in September 2007. Current projects include:
- Multiwavelength Imaging and Modeling of Edge-on Circumstellar Disks
- HST NICMOS Imaging Polarimetry of Disks around Herbig Ae Stars
- Integral field spectroscopy of outflows from young stars
- Development of the integral field spectrograph/polarimeter for the Gemini Planet Imager
Here are my CV and thesis. For publications, software, and other distractions, follow the links at left.
