>>>FIGURE CAPTION<<<
Super star clusters and super nebulae in the nearby dwarf galaxy NGC 4214. Star clusters reddened and dimmed by intervening clouds of dust appear red in this photo, which is based on an infrared image made at the Keck Telescope. The infrared image is superimposed on a Hubble Space Telescope image, with visible star clusters are shown in blue and glowing hot clouds of gas in green. The hidden supernebulae revealed in the radiographs from the Very Large Array appear as black dots. These are young super star clusters that are in the process of forming.
