We present WEB tools for the analysis of PhotoDissociation Region (PDR) and dust continuum observations. The "PDR Toolbox'' is available at dustem.astro.umd.edu and www.ipac.caltech.edu and provides observers an extensive grid of PDR emission diagnostics based on the Kaufman, Wolfire, Hollenbach & Luhman (1999) models. Using the observed IR line fluxes and line ratios the user can determine the PDR gas density and temperature, and the incident far-ultraviolet field strength. The dust continuum tools (not yet public) are geared toward modeling a variety of processes in envelopes of young and evolved stars. Users can automatically search grids of pre-calculated models to fit their data. Model outputs include the dust temperature and density distributions, and the flux as a function of wavelength and beamsize. A large set of physical parameters and dust types are included in the model database.
